I agree with Dr. Bob, that relationship aspect is vital and meaning people, for whatever reason leave that part out of the equation.

Hi Simon -- great post. Too many people skip the 3rd step - building a relationship with their list, and skip right to to #4. It's a fatal mistake, don't you think?

Hey Simon! Thanks for laying out some easy to follow instructions for recruiting newbies, this is great. Another thing about having an automated process is that it frees you from the admin side of the business and allows you to spend more time connecting with your leads, providing valuable content.

Great post! I can not believe I used spend $5.00 / lead years ago and calling them was the worst!

You have outlines some great points here, but no matter what direction people go to generate leads - don't buy them from lead brokers!

a great take. Creating more than enough leads on the internet is easy if we know how to build avenues to our central hub, in most cases our blog. Thanks for sharing your advice how to build these avenues.
